BRUCE KLAUBER is an editor, writer and multi-instrumentalist who has contributed to and edited dozens of area and national periodicals. His works have appeared inJazziz, Jazz Times, Down Beatand others. As a professional jazz drummer the author has performed with Charlie Ventura, Milt Buckner, Bernard, Peiffer, Joanie Sommers, and led his own "Jazz for the People" Trios and Quartets in Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Las Vegas.

Mary Ellen Desmond

Mary Ellen Desmond has been performing professionally in the Philadelphia / New Jersey area for the past 20 plus years. She has also performed engagements in Japan. Classically trained she is recognized as a crossover artist covering a variety of styles and repertoires with a primary focus on jazz standards and the American Songbook.
