Jazz vocalist and instrumentalist from Houston TX. She began her love for jazz and music at Houston's prestigious High School for the Performing and Visual arts where she concentrated her studies in flute, but ultimately fell in love with singing. She is a 2019-2022 Downbeat Magazine Student Music Award Winner, a 2018 & 2019 YoungArts Winner in jazz voice, and has performed at various venues including the 2018 Newport Jazz Festival, 2022 SXSW Festival, and the world renowned Birdland Jazz Club in New York City. She additionally has worked with fine musicians like Cyrille Aimee, Sheila Jordan, The New York Voices, Luciana Souza, and La Tanya Hall. Kortum received her undergraduate degree in jazz voice at the University of Miami's Frost School of Music under the direction of Kate Reid. She is currently pursuing her masters degree at the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City under the direction of Carla Cook.

Peter Bernstein

Jazz guitarist Peter Bernstein has been a part of the jazz scene in New York and abroad since 1989. During that time he has participated in numerous recordings and performances with musicians from all generations. As a leader, Peter has released nine albums and a DVD. As a sideman Peter has appeared in groups led by Sonny Rollins, Bobby Hutcherson, George Coleman, Lou Donaldson, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Fathead Newman, Joshua Redman, Brad Mehldau, Diana Krall, Lee Konitz, Jimmy Cobb and many more. Current projects include his album, Monk, with Doug Weiss and Bill Stewart, a recently released solo record, Solo Guitar – Live at Smalls, and the highly acclaimed organ trio with organist Larry Goldings and drummer Bill Stewart

The best seats in the house positioned directly in front of the performance stage (marked dark blue on the seating map).

Standard Tables:
Clear and unobstructed views of stage (marked purple on the seating map). A few tables have a partially obstructed view (marked light blue on the seating map).

Seating at high-top tables and at the bar area available on a first come, first seated basis (marked green on the seating map). Tables may be shared for sold out shows. Two TV monitors with live video feed of the performance are conveniently located above the bar and cocktail areas.
