Jason Blythe is an American musician, composer, and educator who lives in Philadelphia. He has performed with Dick Oatts, Terell Stafford, Tim Warfield, Larry McKenna, Stefon Harris, Harvey Price, Tom Palmer, Miles Brown, Dave Bozenhard, Maria Schneider, and Chris Vadala, among others.
Jason is from Camden, Delaware, and spent his formative years studying saxophone throughout middle school and high school. He began composing and arranging in high school and also began to study the flute and clarinet. Early on, he was given opportunities to play locally at places like the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival. Jason received his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Delaware in 2021, where he studied saxophone with multi-faceted musician Todd Groves and piano and drum set with Tom Palmer. He performed internationally with the University of Delaware Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble where he was a featured soloist. He received the Kind Senior award in woodwinds from the UD School of Music upon his graduation. In 2023, Jason received his Master of Music degree in Jazz Studies from Temple University. Under the instruction of Tim Warfield and Terell Stafford, Jason was given opportunities to play in New York at Rose Hall and Dizzy’s Coca-Cola Club. In 2022, Jason played with the Temple University Jazz Band at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Jack Rudin Jazz Championship, where the band won second place overall, as well as awards for an outstanding saxophone section.

Standard Tables:
Clear and unobstructed views of stage (marked purple on the seating map). A few tables have a partially obstructed view (marked light blue on the seating map).

Seating at high-top tables and at the bar area available on a first come, first seated basis (marked green on the seating map). Tables may be shared for sold out shows. Two TV monitors with live video feed of the performance are conveniently located above the bar and cocktail areas.

Festival Seating:
Festival seating is our general admission ticket. The entire venue or a portion of the venue may be designated for festival admission. These tickets will guarantee you a seat for the show and you are free to sit anywhere in the venue based on a "first come, first seated" basis. This should also allow for larger groups to sit together.
